Inheritance, Nexus Arts: May 2019
I am remotely participating in this show full of artists from various ethnic backgrounds. The brief was to come up with an artwork that resonates with what we feel we have inherited from our birth culture. My piece, 'Prakriti Principles' was a community project in which I designed and drew the entire paper cut assembly digitally and the show's curators found people in the community who wanted to be involved in the cutting process. They cut the entire paper cut assembly which was then installed by the curators on site.

Besides producing my usual paper artwork, I have also written new poems to go with each one of my artworks and exhibited them here as part of the Adelaide Fringe. And I created some cut paper stencils to make rangoli on the floor of the gallery.

Stories in Paper : March 2018
Last year I accidentally stumbled upon the Women's and Children's Health Foundation's call for artists and got my application in at the very last minute. I felt that since my work delves into the mind and imagination so much, it would be interesting to have my work exhibited for the many children and their parents who spend a considerable time in the waiting room at the hospital. Super excited about this solo exhibition finally up at the Orange Heart Gallery, Women's and Children's Health Foundation, North Adelaide!

Look Who's Here is a part of Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi this year!
